As in NITOC, The Prologue is requiring that all scripts are submitted electronically. Electronic Script Submission seeks to avoid 11th-hour stress for a competitor in such cases where improper use of published works, and citing of sources could result in delays for you and staff at the tournament. Electronically submitting gets those issues fixed before the tournament as well as speeding up the check-in process. It's simple and will remove an extra line (and extra stress!) during on-site check-in.

Please read Publication Guidelines

Script approval: After a script submission approval has been sent to you from the approval team, print the approval email and just have it handy, or keep it on your smartphone in case we need to see it.

The cut-off for pre-tournament electronic script submission is Sunday, November 12, 2017, at 11:59 p.m. No electronic scripts will be accepted after this time.

No printed copies of electronically loaded scripts are required unless you make any changes to your script after the electronic submission has closed. If you have changed a script, you will need to have your script re-approved at the tournament.

For any questions regarding script submission, contact Kim at ekmartinez@sbcglobal.net.

If your initial script submission needs to be corrected or is incomplete, we will send you an email regarding changes that need to be made. Once those are made, you may resubmit the script for final approval. You will receive a confirmation email from the script submission team once your script(s) are approved. You must print out a copy of the email approval and bring it with you attached to your original script documents. All scripts will be deleted at the completion of the tournament.

Electronic script submission and in-club approval are both required. No exceptions. A $10 per script fee will be charged if your script is not submitted and approved electronically by the deadline of Sunday, November 12th, 2017 at 11:59 p.m.

Thank you.
